Meet Dr. Liang
Dr. Billy S. Liang graduated from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 1997 and has dedicated his practice to providing comprehensive dental care with the latest innovations and technologies. His approach to dentistry is simple, to treat everyone with gentle compassion and top notch clinical expertise. He and his staff pride themselves in providing excellent, personalized care and service with customized treatment options specific to your needs for both immediate and long-term well-being, making your visit as stress free and pleasant as possible.
A member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Tri County Dental Society, Dr. Liang has been providing dental care in Chino for over 20 years. He also loves to serve the underserved, volunteering on medical missions trips both domestic and abroad. He has served with IMAHelps since 2013, providing dental care to patients in Nicaragua, Peru, and Paraguay. Dr. Liang has also spent some time with the Flying Doctors in pop up dental clinics around California and volunteers with his alma mater, Loma Linda, in their pre-dental summer camps.
Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Liang enjoys spending much of his time with his beloved wife and 2 children (as well as his favorite child, the dog). They enjoy spending time outdoors, skiing, fishing, hiking and traveling. He is also an avid gardener and woodworker and believes that the skills he has developed through dentistry, such as an attention to detail and fine motor skills, translates directly to success in both of these hobbies. He also enjoys photography and loves spending time in nature capturing its beauty.
Dr. Liang loves his patients and finds them the most rewarding aspect of his career. He credits his ability to provide such outstanding patient care to the support of his amazing family and staff. He also believes that the key to providing the best patient care is to be constantly “improving and adapting”. Because of this, he invests a lot of time in attending advanced education courses, where much of his ongoing learning is focused on the latest advancements in aesthetics, dental implants, laser dentistry, periodontal disease, Invisalign, TMJD treatment, and airway dentistry. “Being at the forefront of knowledge allows me to offer my patients a wide range of treatment choices that will result in beautiful, healthy, long-lasting smiles” Being able to improve lives on the daily brings him great pride and joy.
